Join us for an inside look at how IMI and BAC are building lasting relationships, influencing design, and driving successful outcomes for union masonry. Hear real-world examples of strategic engagement throughout key phases of construction, including design development, mock-up execution, jobsite training, and construction support.

Discover how IMI’s early involvement helped expand the work opportunities on several different projects, including a multipurpose community venue, a historic cultural center, a higher education performing arts center, and a major correctional facility. The multipurpose community venue included coordinating a demonstration that brought together contractors, suppliers, owners, and the design team. At the historic cultural center, IMI and IMTEF’s expertise played a critical role in preservation training, which was integrated into quality assurance and extended through jobsite assistance. For the higher education performing arts center, early-phase collaboration and mock-up development at a BAC/IMI training center enabled optimization of cost, schedule, and constructability. Lastly, relationship-building with county officials led to IMI’s participation in the planning of a major correctional facility, resulting in increased masonry work for signatory contractors.

See how partnering with BAC/IMI can help shape projects, promote high-performing masonry solutions, and expand work opportunities across the industry.
