Description:
Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity is operating as both the Developer and General Contractor at the Heights Development. These projects include two new construction twin homes. All four units will be awarded to a single contractor for each type of work. As both projects have the same footprints, layouts, and roof lines, bid information/plans have only been provided for one home.
