Description:  
McGough Construction, on behalf of the University of North Dakota (“Owner”), is soliciting final bid pricing for Bid Pack 4 for the Flight Operations Building located at 2806 Airport Dr, Grand Forks, ND 58203.

This project consists of demolition of the existing UND Flight Operations Building located at Grand Forks Airport and new construction of a 43,000 SF 3-story building. Bid Package 4 consists of exteriors, interiors, MEPF, and sitework.

McGough Construction, in partnership with Construction Engineers (CE), acting as Construction Manager at Risk, is soliciting FINAL BID pricing for the Altru Sports Complex - Bid Package #2 located at 1600 South 42nd St. Grand Forks, ND 58201

The City of Grand Forks and the Grand Forks Park District have been working together to create a regional destination for athletics and sports performance through an indoor sport and aquatics facility. The project consists of a 50 -meter competition pool, 25-yard instructional pool, full-size soccer and football turf area, eight pickleball courts, locker rooms, and support spaces.
