McGough Construction, on behalf of City of Moorhead (“Owner”), is soliciting final bid pricing for the Moorhead City Hall Renovation - Bid Pack #2 located at 500 Center Ave, Moorhead, MN 56560. The project consists of selective demolition and remodel of the existing 44,000 SF Moorhead City Hall. This includes a complete interior remodel with the removal of all existing mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire suppression equipment. The exterior precast façade will be restored, and all windows will be replaced. Also, the 1st floor will have a 1-story addition. Bid Scope Packages:
