How to Dispute Fraudulent Charges on HRA & Vacation Fund Cards

Zenith has updated the process to dispute charges on HRA and Vacation Fund debit cards.
The new process is easier and credits accounts faster - within 10 business days after approval.

Charges need to be disputed within 60 days. You are responsible for monitoring your account.
