The deadline for reporting fraudulent charges on your Vacation Card is 10/20/2024

We were informed of a series of fraudulent charges occurring on Vacation Cards in August. If you have
fraudulent charges on your Vacation Card from that time, report it to Zenith or dispute the charge on the Participant Edge app immediately.

The deadline to report is 10/20/2024.
After this date, fraudulent charges can no longer be disputed.

The fraudulent charges did not impact any members that use direct deposit for Vacation Funds.
